HCO finds itself as a partner in health services, professional rooms,and professional associations. The common goal is to attract and retain skilled workers in our health cares in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

In this meaning, HCO is the central focal point, when it comes to attracting skilled workers from migrant health professionals, to practice the recognition of relevant qualifications acquired abroad and obtaining work permits.

In cooperation with the respective associations and other associations in the country, we support the recruitment of skilled workers in health facilities. in addition to education and counseling, we also accompany the recognition process.
